Mayfair is a cozy, progressive neighborhood just five miles east of downtown Denver between 6th Ave, Colfax and Monaco. It’s nestled between some of Denver’s most sought after neighborhoods; it’s a small community of friends and friendly neighbors.

With Mayfair’s wide streets, large lots and varied architecture it makes it a valuable neighborhood to live in. It’s collection of Tudors, bungalows and ranches with 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 baths, lots of usable space, most homes including basements and close proximity to Downtown. You can also find cookie-cutter condos, townhomes, high rise apartments and duplexes. Mayfair is truly an example of urban living with a suburban feel.
You have plenty to do with parks, restaurants and shopping. Hip stores like the rustic Cork House and The Elm with your typical morning Starbucks nearby. Centrally located to grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations and a Rite Aid. You also have an IMAX theater, Mayfair Park, Lindsley Park and the Denver Zoo all in close proximity. Mayfair Park is an entertaining park with a large playground and a basketball court. It’s a very dog friendly park and there is lots of green space to throw the ball. You are also close to Cherry Creek for shopping, biking and walking.
